*Late/Cancellation Policy:
We require notice of cancellations/reschedules at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another patient due to high demand in appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule appointments without notifying us in advance will incur a missed appointment fee of $75 per appointment. We have a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this will be considered a late cancellation and will incur the missed appointment fee. No shows will incur the missed appointment fee. If you are running late, please give us a call, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you!
